Try and Hide

You can try and hide
Those feelings inside
But I see it in your eyes
There is no mistake
It's written on your face

You give me a wink
Then my heart sinks
I'm beginning to think
You're dropping hints
I don't even have to squint

It's just as plain as day
I can't miss it, no way
Just come out and say
What's on your mind
Then love, you'll find

It's the sway of your hips
Makes my mind start to slip
There's a tingle on my lips
Says I can't take all this
I need just one little kiss

Go ahead, try and hide
Everything under a lie
It's easily seen in your eyes
And as I knew it was
You, my dear, are in love
